    Alavi blessed government has some special characters which is fundamental for Imam Ali’s followers to consider these and even use them for their governing planning. Alavi government is a type of government which is formed on the right and justice and also it is based on what people want. Right and justice are the two main factors which the governors need to consider more. In this type people and governors both have some rights to each other and the governors do not aim the government but they consider it as a tool to let the right overcome the wrong. This article has discussed some important characters of government from Imam Ali’s instructions.

    One of the most precious aspects of good governance in Islamic management system is the issue of reclamation and production support as well as entrepreneurship and creating opportunities for all members of the community. This paper, according to documentary evidence and even with more frequency, has tried to emphasize on the importance of hard work and entrepreneurship as well as the principles and characteristics of entrepreneurs from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (AS). This research has been prepared with qualitative approach and using content analysis method so that, With study of Imam Ali’s traditions and practical manner, we can see that Type of work was not important for him and even he believed that productive work which could create Opportunities and trait, was full of dignity and respect. Imam Ali’s support of agriculture and the creation of endowments as well as encourage for the industry and legitimate business are valuable examples that we have discussed in this article. Finally, the characteristics of entrepreneurs that includes personal, social, psychological, economic and physical characteristics and features and their introduction has been extracted to provide assistance for those interested.

    The main objective of this article is to review the definition and role of tolerance in the government in the Imam Ali’s teachings. The research method of this article is descriptive-analytic with using of library resources. In this study several literature resources including “Nahjol Balaqe” have been reviewed. The founding’s from teachings and actual manners of Imam Ali is showing that tolerance has a complimentary role in the governing of the people. The concept of tolerance is a principal which is taken from Quran and Sonnah (Prophet Mohammad’s tradition) and is one of the most useful tools and best ways for influencing others because tolerance and mercy will soften people’s hearts. In the other word, influencing people’s hearts is the most effective and reliable kind of influence. Tolerance which can be defined as goodness, mercy and violence hesitation, has a very important and useful role in the social life. Thus the base of Islamic government is promoting tolerance rather than violence and brutality. Imam Ali’s governors was always based on tolerance, although his kindness and mercy never prevented his firmness and strength. Despite of Imam Ali’s tolerance towards oppositions, he never tolerated for preserving the public properties (Beytol’mal), implementing Gods rules, Punishing mercenaries and spreading justice among the people.

    Focal family that Islam has emphasized more than any other gathering. Its main base is considered the basic unit of society and family structure. It is also an important source for the transfer of social and religious values and traditions. However, because the most important factor of stability and security, then the responsibility of the survival of the institution. Truth-Oriented Alawite regime as the government and Daltgra, due to not neglect family and coordinate it raised important for growth and development.     Measuring the amount of government economical intervention is one of the most important theoretical subjects in economics. The socialism economical system view with the defense of government’s extremist interventions; as oppose to limiting liberal capitalism system view; are two of the most popular points of view in this matter. Muslim researchers with carefully studying religious scripts have also tried to explain this matter from an Islamic point of view. The current study which used a descriptive-analytical method tries to approach Imam Ali’s words and measures to elaborate some dimension of this subject. This kind of research can aid the enrichment of Islamic economical literature. The same way it can enlighten more angles of the infinite dimensions of Imam Ali’s personality. The current research findings shows the permission government economical intervention within “Alawite” measures. The reason for this permission can be found among the Islamic government responsibilities such as: Implementation of economic justice, supply development, prosperity and providing economical security. Fulfilling and implying these responsibilities in some cases is not possible without leveraging economical intervention. Imam Ali’s practical actions can also be used as a frame of reference.

    This study attempts to indicate the ethical view of religion in theoretical aspect, from the commander of faithful viewpoint and based of Nahj al-Balagha, with gold of explain ethics as the essential condition of religiosity, through discourse analysis method of Laklow and Mufa and three levels defined by Ferkelaf. In this context, it has been hypothesized that this level is based on principles which are the bases of religious ethics and intellectual evolution. Because, according to Imam, before the prophet was sent, an opposite image of these principles is seen in Jaheli population. These principles are liberality, munificence, convergence, moderation and wisdom. In the viewpoint of Imam Ali, this kind of principles is the origin of many values which can be defined in the field of practical ethics.
